Help! My hair has stopped growing

Everyone has a terminal length - that is, the length at which your hair stops growing - but for most if us it's past waist-length. If your hair has stopped growing before it gets to this length, then chances are there's a problem with your diet, environment or lifestyle.
Diet is the most important factor when it comes to your hair's health. If you have a bad diet, your hair suffers, and will become lifeless and dull. Try incorporating more proteins into your diet - that is, red meat and leafy green vegetables - and you should get an increase in growth. Taking hair vitamins like Hair Formula 37 has greatly helped my hair's growth as well.
Also, take a look at your environment and lifestyle. If you're stressed from work and family commitments, or aren't getting 8 hours of sleep a night, then your hair won't be looking its best. Do everything you can to minimise stress, and indulge in a blood-stimulating scalp massage once a week - even if you do it yourself, it will boost your growth rate.
If your hair is past waist length and seems to have stopped growing, then it's possible that you've reached the terminal length. Have the ends trimmed to keep them even, and look after it as best you can. Be proud of your long hair - you've made the commitment to get it, and now that you have it it's yours to enjoy.
